At Artivate, we come from the Creator Economy and are still operationally active in our own OFM agency today. That is exactly where we saw how hard it is to find great people, and how much money agencies pay month after month to external service providers for work that an in-house team could do better and cheaper.
That is why we built Artivate. Our vision is to make companies in the Creator Economy independent from expensive agencies by placing the right permanent talent with them. At fair conditions, with real industry understanding and an international talent network across Eastern Europe, the Balkans and LatAm.
